How exciting!!!

I am here to post some cool stuff that is going on with the LIFE of the Athletic Woman.

I think this is a great place to share some of my life experiences from being an athlete my whole life, and the lessons it has taught me about LIFE along the way.

My passion for the joy that athletics has given me (mind you, lots of ups and downs I wouldn't change for the world) has led to my greatest adventure yet, owning my own company providing the coolest product for athletic woman on the market!

I am not letting the cat completely out of the bag with all the details yet, but as today, I am a new blogger, and enjoying it!
